Scheduling domestic truckload and international container shipment through OTR carriers and/or 3rd party logistic expeditors, as well as international freight forwarding agencies, process and verify bill of ladings, certificate of analysis, customs paperwork, picking list and freight guidelines. Also posting/filing of shipments, notifying customers of receiving discrepancies, coordinate with supervisors and carriers to ensure product is correctly shipped, data input, generate reports on AS/400 system, operating computer hardware/software (SAP) and also answering and routing a multi-line phone system. Must have very good data entry skills.

Associates Degree or Business Administration experience
This is a temp to perm job with opportunity for advancement. If you don't have SAP experience they are willing to train on the software.
