Customer Service Representative

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular contact with customers and warehouse staff.  Respond timely and courteous and effective manner to customers requests for product.  Processing receipts and shipments of stored inventory, balancing customer accounts daily.  Handling complaints. Document and notify customers of receiving discrepancies and/or damaged product.  Verify shipping orders, assign product to and create work orders and type bills of lading.  Accurately enter shipping/receiving data in computer system.Prepare monthly invoices and inventory reports.  Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:30pm with OT.  Temp to perm job.  

Associates Degree or Technical Degree or 2 years progress toward a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or Equivalent experience and skills

Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Data Entry keystrokes of 10,000

 

SAP & AS400 experience helpful
