Division Office Manager & Sales/Marketing Manager
Work with Management Team to develop marketing plans, prepare rate quotes, and set short and long term goals to meet company objectives focusing efforts on improvement, financial profitability, quality work product and safety. Serve as secretary at management team, quality and safety team meetings and forward minutes to quality system manager for retention. Initiate and participate in hiring of new employees. Administer AS400 system, effectively operating and maintaining company and customer computer hardware and software in order to ensure accurate and organized records of inventory and shipments. Training and assisting customer service staff in understanding all aspects of customer accounts. Serve as company purchasing agent approving purchases of office equipment and contracting for service as needed. Review and approve all customer and vendor invoices prior to submitting to accounting. Conduct monthly department training meetings on safety, productivity and quality. Conduct HazMat training, making sure required paperwork is kept current. Prepare and present performance evaluations for customer service staff. Manage company's insurance policies and renewals make sure certificates are up to date.
Associate Degree or Technical Arts Degree and/or equivalent experience and skills.
Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Data Entry 10,000 keystrokes
Working knowledge of all Texas customer accounts, AS400 and CIS systems, and other software programs utiilized for company operations.
Pay will be determined depending on experience. Strong communication skills.
